Director of Engineering
The Director of Engineering is accountable for the organization, planning, direction and control of all engineering activities within the Company. This individual will lead a team of engineers in the design, development, qualification and release to manufacturing of web printing press systems. This person must be able to independently lead an Engineering team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, highly technical setting. This person’s principal purpose is to assure the development and maintenance of competitive products in support of Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing and Service. Major emphasis will be given to the continuing development of the engineering capabilities needed to meet the business objectives of the Company.
Requirements:

MSEE in Engineering (or equivalent) with a major in a relevant discipline, such as machine design, applied mechanics, physics.

Minimum industrial experience should be 15 fifteen years in machinery design, industrial engineering or related activity. Qualified candidate must have at least ten years in responsible supervision of engineering design or product maintenance groups.

Knowledge of technical aspects of graphic arts operations, machinery and processes is required. Technical strengths should be in management of engineering systems and personnel, with ability to make machinery design contributions.

Provide project leadership on assigned projects from start to finish, including technical leadership, and resource and budget allocation.

Support process and field engineering in customer application issues, including occasional field trips when required to introduce new products.

Work with manufacturing engineering on release and documentation of new hardware, test equipment, and assembly fixtures.

Drive continuous improvement efforts.

Communicate effectively in both oral and written form critical technical information regarding electronic/electrical and mechanical system design and performance, including schedule, specifications and cost ramifications.

Hands on manager capable of providing additional support, as required, keeping project deliverables on track.

Must be experienced in 3D CAD design, Autodesk Inventor preferred.

Customer Service Representative
Seeking highly motivated and experienced CSR. Requirements include: custom machinery parts sales experience, knowledge of machinery components, ability to read engineering prints, excellent follow up skills. This position will interact with customers on a daily basis, and with internal departments such as purchasing, field service and engineering. Some travel to customer sites may be required to continue to develop positive relationships with the organization.
Qualifications:
College education is not required but a plus
Minimum 5 years custom machinery parts sales experience
Competent in the use of computer systems, understanding of MRP processes. Auto parts sales experience, mechanical
aptitude, engineering experience, cold calling experience are pluses.
Electrical Engineer/Programmer
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer with programming experience. Qualifications include PLC programming background, experience with PLC manufacturers and their programming protocol, and familiarity with electro-mechanical design and machine control logics. Minimum requirements include a technical degree and at least 5 years of experience.
Service Engineer
We are looking for an experienced service technician for our commercial press business. Qualified candidates must be able to read mechanical and electrical schematics. We will consider an experienced service engineer or a web pressman with 7 years in a lead operator position. Responsibilities include troubleshooting of electro-mechanical machinery including both PLC's and computer driven presses. The position includes extensive travel. A valid passport is required.
